This fully remote Human Resources Manager will provide consultative support and work closely with senior leadership in the implementation of corporate policies, organizational design, talent management strategies, and initiatives at the division level. This a critical role truly has three major areas of responsibility 1. ) Ensuring that the day-to-day HR operations are running smoothly between the business and our Centers of Support, 2. ) Developing and supporting people strategy with the Canadian leadership team and HR Director, 3. ) Overseeing the Associate Relations function. This role requires extensive French & English communication skills (both verbal and written).
