Here's how a(n) MEP Project Manager contributes to our team: Responsibilities Oversees the coordination of the drawing process and provides direction on model coordination across multiple projects. Reviews and negotiates change notices/orders related to building systems and backsses their effect on the project budget, scope, schedule, and forecasts. Provides guidance on designs, layouts, and management of the procurement of temporary utility services (e. g. power, water, gas, storm and sewer connections) in the construction plan. Liaises with utility providers to provide services to project as per project schedule and addresses challenges, as required. Stays current with industry practices and seeks new and innovative building systems methods and processes. Drives implementation within operations and with external partners. Supervises, directs, coaches, trains, and mentors building systems employees daily. Provides recommendations to operations management. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
