Our client, HRWise Inc. a boutique, specialized Consulting firm in the Compensation field is looking for both Entry Level and Experienced Human Resources Consultants in the field of Job Evaluation and Pay Equity. HRWise is a leading Human Resource consulting practice, which has a strong practice in Job Evaluation and Pay Equity. Our vision is to grow our team of Human Resources Consultants who want an opportunity to own their segment of our business and thrive with us. We are currently looking for both entry level and experienced associates. Our principals have more than 30 years of experience and want to add the next generation of professional who can expand our capacity in job evaluation and Pay Equity. Overview Employers in Ontario with 10 or more employees have a legal requirement to post and maintain a Pay Equity Plan. Many have not kept pace with their responsibility under the Pay Equity Act and the Pay Equity Commission is making progress in identifying those whose plans are not current or didn't exist in the first place. Few of these employers have the in-house expertise to address this issue when they recognize their responsibilities. The potential market is significant and the pool of experts who have the experience to provide the right solutions and to interact with Review Officers is limited. HRWise has the experience and relationships and we know how to develop your abilities to fulfill the job evaluation and Pay Equity requirements of our clients. Consultants will be directly involved with all aspects of assigned compensation projects. For Job Evaluation and Pay Equity projects, they will be expected to provide project leadership and technical guidance to client groups in implementing their projects. Client assignments for job Evaluation and Pay Equity may be undertaken anywhere in Ontario with occasional assignments outside of Ontario.
