Your Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Ownership - demonstrate accountability, drive and initiative in daily activities projects Investigation/Problem Solving gather and present data to reach objective conclusions and solutions People Skills Professional, respectful and courteous in all forms of communication while enforcing discipline, conflict management, coaching and development Decision Making - Use logical reasoning in day to day activities to make independent decisions to meet expectations of Production Manager Professionalism Maintain distance in working relationships, use maturity and confidentiality when dealing with delicate issues Experience/Knowledge Knowledge of industry, company, specific work area. Knowledge of OHSA, Lean, 6 Sigma, 5S Organization Administrative skills; create, follow and enforce rules, policies, schedules and systems Establish consistent and clear communication via Team Meetings / Shift Meetings to ensure all urgent matters are communicated to the Senior Group Leader and other departments as required Personality/Attitude - Easily.
