How to Apply: Applicants may apply through www. varsteel. ca Terms of Employment Commensurate with experience, Permanent, Full Time, Day, Overtime may be required from time to time$500.00 signing bonus to be received upon the completion of probation Anticipated Start Date As soon as possible Location: Lethbridge, Alberta (1 vacancy) Purpose of the Position: To assist the accounting team with administrative and general office duties for the Varsteel group Primary Responsibilities: · General office assistance including, but not limited to: • Assisting with filing and correspondence• Assisting the Accounting and Finance function with various administrative requirements• Perform other related duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills: The General Office Clerk will possess for the following abilities and prerequisites: · Commitment to producing accurate, quality work with an attention to detail· Ability to work independently or as part of a team in order to complete tasks · Experience with Excel is preferred, but not required· Maintain confidentiality concerning financial transactions pertaining to Varsteel Ltd · Behave in a professional and courteous manner Preference will be given to applications with prior experience in corporate office setting.
