The Role: As part of the technology support team for the Bank’s Real Estate Department, you will be responsible for the maintenance of web-based applications and technology support for various department functions. Potential projects will range in scope from improving existing applications and processes to creating entirely new systems as required. Working in a collaborative activity-based work setting, the role also carries the responsibility of ensuring clients’ needs are met by providing technology support functions. You can expect to be in a hybrid work model with a blend of days working from home & days working onsite in downtown Toronto. Some of the Key Accountabilities include: You are eager to expand on your existing technology background by being able to work with leading edge technologies to incorporate complex application solutions, as well as work with other technology teams to contribute to an overall solution. You thrive on being hands-on during mid to complex project deployments into production. This will include the support of assigned systems by acting as an internal consultant on assigned infrastructure and providing suggestions for viable solutions to systems problems of high complexity. You want to be challenged with complex problem solving in time sensitive situations to reduce system downtime and user impact.
