Part time Receptionist: Accountability & Objectives Under the direction of the Administration assistant, is responsible for the provision of outstanding public relations with residents, potential clients, staff and all persons visiting Greystone manor. Demonstrates strong, leadership ability, serving as a role model to other staff and promotes a positive attitude among staff in all departments. Background /Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, showing initiative and problem solving skills. Proven ability to use time effectively and efficiently while working independently with minimum supervision. Must be flexible and versatile to ensure operational needs are achieved, a team player. A person with a positive self projection, nurturing excellent human relations with residents, families, guests and other team members. A people- person with a heart for seniors and a positive outgoing disposition. Key Responsibilities: Ensures all resident information is current and appropriate procedures are completed for new move ins: prepares welcome packages, resident orientation, allocation of keys, pendants and fobs. maintains a current directory of residents, contacts, suppliers and emergency services. provides technical support to staff and residents as needed.
