Summer Position available for Thursday & Friday nights :00PM to 06:00 AM) Commissionaires BC are looking for a security guard to work a summer position until 30-Sep-23 providing daytime support coverage downtown Kelowna. Payrate: $23 per hour We are looking for a guard with the following availability: Thurs and Fri: 10:00PM until 6:00AM (2200 - 0600) Your Must Haves … Valid BC Security License Class 5 BC Driver's License 1-2 years working in security Excellent English oral and written skills Tracktik knowledge and experience Your nice to haves: Non Violent Crisis Intervention training OFA Level 1 De-escalation skill. Some of your responsibilities include: Combined mobile and foot patrols in downtown Kelowna Offering first class customer service to the client and members of the public. Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts. Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports. Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor.
