As a registered Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) of Fort Pitt, You will have access to : In-house financial planning and asset management teams to construct personalized financial plans that aim to achieve your clients' financial goals Professionally developed marketing materials and business development resources Dedicated client service staff who will leverage your time so you can focus on managing your practice Unlimited earning potential, including a competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonus opportunities Candidates are required to have an a ctive Series 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) to be eligible and considered for this role. What You'll Do Required to satisfy or exceed annual production goals Generate new business through client acquisition Advise clients Collaborate with other like-minded advisors What You’ll Bring Active Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 certification is required Preference will be given to candidates who hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant ® (ChFC ® ) designation, or Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, or those who are committed to obtaining these qualifications within a specified time frame A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in delivering direct client advice is required for this position Proven track record of developing business successfully through traditional channels High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess a combination of relevant experience and education About The Position 100% in-office work environment Green Tree, PA location (Foster Plaza) An active Series 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) is required Reports to the Director of Sales No direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions on the team Regular Full-Time Exempt/No Overtime Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Frequent travel to client meetings and networking events is expected for this position Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly production bonus opportunities Fort Pitt offers its eligible employees a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including: Medical/Prescription, Vision, and Dental Insurance Depending on plan selected, Fort Pitt will pay 100% of the cost of employee-only coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) or a healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan 12 Paid Holidays 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), prorated during first year of employment Fort Pitt Capital Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
