As the Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and contributing to the overall success of A&B Insurance & Financial Group.RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership: * Provide effective leadership to the Health Insurance Inside Sales Agent team. * Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team. * Foster a positive and motivating work environment - open door policy. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive team perforamnce. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with senior leaders to set sales targets and budgets.Recruitment and Training: * Recruit, train, and onboard new Health Insurance Sales Agents. * Grow the team by hiring quality agents. * Conduct ongoing training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: * Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets. * Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management (KPI's & Metrics).Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns. * Step in when needed to address client concerns. Compliance and Quality Assurance: * Ensure that the sales team adheres to all relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. * Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards across the team. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in health insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, as a Sales Manager. * Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the insurance industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and market trends. * Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their best performance. * Insurance industry certifications (e.g., Health Insurance License) required --- Florida 2-15 license.BENEFITSWe're an equal opportunity employer.
