The Opportunity: We are looking for an entry-level Financial Advisor to join our growing team at Spectrum Financial Group. We offer comprehensive training for this position, so no prior experience is necessary. Job Responsibilities: Help clients evaluate their financial goals and objectives Conduct financial feasibility analyses and make appropriate recommendations Develop and implement investment plans and strategies Conduct effective client meetings and build relationships Continuously keep updated on financial markets and products Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.) Nice-to-haves: Prior experience in financial services Series 7 and/or 66 Licensure Clients referral book leading to growth opportunities Strong passion for investing and financial planning Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
