Position Purpose The Shell USA mobility team is seeking a Jiffy Lube District Manager for Indianapolis. This team member will be responsible for assisting Jiffy Lube franchisees in developing a profitable and growing business. As District Manager, you will serve as a business consultant helping franchisees deliver on their objectives of customer growth, product volume increase, business development and revenue. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to autonomously manage their individual book of business. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and experience in retail management. Accountabilities: Serve as the primary owner of the relationship between the franchisees and Jiffy LubeDeliver results through business consultation in Indiana, Ohio and IllinoisInfluence and manage Key Accounts, including multi-layered organizations, to deliver operational, commercial and customer excellence Work with business owners varying in size of 1 to 75 stores Focus on year-over-year commercial ROI, risk management, and growth / delivery planningManage stakeholders from cross-functional teams to deliver results, including Jiffy Lube, Pennzoil (Shell Oil Products, US), Finance, Credit, Marketing, Sales Support, Supply Chain and Business AssuranceAssist franchisees in increasing customer counts and revenue that contribute to long-term, sustainable business growthSell-in new Jiffy Lube business offerings including technology, customer experience and operational plans designed to create long-term successVisit and coach Jiffy Lube store managers and employees to deliver Operational Excellence Develop a joint business/account plan that sets strategic goals and takes into account the unique circumstances of each franchiseeAnticipate plan gaps and opportunities by generating leading estimates and taking action to meet targetsMeet face-to-face and virtually with franchisees to conduct frequent business reviewsCommunicate and ensure consistency in marketing programs and promotions at the store levelGrow and retain fleet key accounts and business relationships by actively planning and calling on customers. Plan, train, and assist Franchisees with customer calls and visitsProtect the Jiffy Lube brand by enforcing the Franchise Agreement and Policy and Procedure Manual (P&P).Understand and enforce Jiffy Lube contract requirements for operations, products, marketing and customer experienceEffectively follow-up on meetings to delegate actions and ensure commitment/accountability Please note: This position will be in the Indianapolis area and will cover the geographies within US Mid-west and Great Lakes regions. The position also requires flexibility and availability for emergency outside of normal working hours. We are looking for someone who will be able to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment. The base salary range for this position is $101,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave to birthing mothers, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents. Additionally, employees are eligible for disability leave for up to 52 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay. Shell also offers other compensation such financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives. For interns, eligible benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs; participation in a 401(k) plan; and paid leave for up to 11 paid holidays.
