We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities * Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of End User Technology solutions across multiple projects. As a delivery manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple work streams throughout the Software. * Facilitating cross-functional meetings, drive decision-making, influence outcomes, and ensure business/stakeholder understanding. * Applying agile methodologies in managing the Development Lifecycle, driving process and best practices across engineering teams (SW, QA, DevOps) * Partnering with Product Owners and engineers on roadmaps and ensuring a healthy backlog and sprints are being maintained including alignment and grooming, prioritizing of user stories and epics in JIRA. * Identifying, communicating, escalating, and problem-solving risks, blockers, bugs/issues and releases * Performing sprint rituals with all the teams involved in delivery across multiple geographies. Unblock dev teams on a regular basis, by including the right people. Plan for QA, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Prod release by sharing game plans. * Planning & collaboration across Tech teams. Drive meetings, outcomes, and next steps related to technical tasks and dependencies. * Presenting Program and project level status updates to various stakeholders and audiences, including Tech Leadership * Highlighting and managing issues, risks, and business impact related to technical delivery. Propose mitigation plans, drive decisions, and action items. * Planning and execution of regular maintenance and upgrade cycles of multiple environments like Dev, QA, Stage and Production. * Onboarding new team members at various positions (e.g., Dev, Team Lead, QA, and architects) * Helping to create high level strategy for the engineering group based on Enterprise Solutions Technology and Business strategy, OKRs. * Understanding of, and developing relationships across, Technology and Business. * Managing vendor teams/resources to ensure quality level and deliverables are being met. Requirements * At least 5-7 years of experience as Technical delivery manager. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar domain. * Deep understanding of agile methodology and project management skills. * Technical understanding of collaboration platforms (O365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate), web development and SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms is a big plus. * Should be a strong communicator and be able to generate reports and status updates for different stakeholders with different technical skill levels. * Should be able to work on project management tools like JIRA, Excel, Office Project, Asana, Lucid charts to generate regular project and program level updates. Additional Qualifications * Any knowledge of ServiceNow and Web content management will be a plus. * Knowledge of migration of web sites from different platforms and tenants of O365 will be a plus. * Effective communication with the ability to back it up with data will go a long way. Additional DetailsThe base range for this contract position is $40 - $51/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
