Weekend Hotel Night Auditor (FRI & SAT) This position is for every FRIDAY and SATURDAY night from 11pm-7am. Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people and possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction! We provide the tools and training to bolster your hospitality career goals. If you are seeking an overnight position with a team of true professionals, apply today! Responsibilities: • Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Qualifications: • Flexible overnight hours are required• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly About Company: The Homewood Suites by Hilton Kansas City/Overland Park hotel in Kansas is conveniently located in a residential style setting near the intersection of I-435 and Metcalf.
