We are seeking a motivated and energetic Virtual (Remote) Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in our sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. This is a Commission based position. Responsibilities:• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in solar energy solutions.• Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for the sales team.• Explain the benefits of solar energy and the company’s products and services to potential customers.• Utilize scripts and other resources to effectively communicate with potential customers.• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.• Achieve appointment-setting targets.• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products and services.• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications:• Live in the US.• Have a US-based phone number.• Provide your own computer/ equipment.• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
