Hello Garage, is a franchise system that’s opening up the possibilities in the garage renovation space. And SolutionView is a software company that develops digital tools that radically improve the contractor-homeowner experience. Qualifications As a Buyer you will be responsible for: Order Management Ensure all purchase orders are placed and tracked within a specified timeframe to meet the warehouse stock needs. Track and communicate changes in ETA of products. Work with Procurement team to develop, improve, and maintain profitable and effective purchasing strategies. Inventory Management Independently review stock levels Assist in maintaining proper counts and ROP levels for all available inventory. Review data to determine ordering strategies that optimize inventory. Supplier Relationships Works closely with suppliers to maintain a high level of communication and engagement in our business. Product Usage Tracking and Forecasting Tracks and reports on key functional metrics to improve effectiveness. Independently gathers and clearly communicates data when requested by other teams. Develops projections and forecasts. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, management, related field or equivalent 1-3 years buying or planning experience. Broad range of material purchasing (e.g., plastics, metals, hardware, fabric, etc.) Strong financial and analytical skills Strong negotiating skills Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Proficiency with MS Office Applications and working within ERP systems.
