We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Senior Early Intervention Child Development Specialist who is passionate about working with children birth to 36 months of age in their natural environment - a kid's home setting. Please note: This role is best for someone with prior early intervention experience, background in developmental assessments, and loves working with parents! We are specifically looking for candidates who want to build a caseload of 30+ visits per week. It takes upwards to 90 days to reach a full-time caseload. This role is best for candidates who are fluent in Spanish and able to cover the entire San Fernando Valley. Why Us? We are a therapist-owned practice that elevates the level of care in Southern California. 20+ years and counting, in which our average therapist has been with us for over seven years and many with us since we began! What about compensation? Our compensation is based on a hybrid of billable pay and administrative pay and ranges from $25 to $40 per billable hour depending on experience and licensure, $18 per hour for admin time, drive time, documentation time, and a global equivalency between $35 to $50 per billable hour in total reimbursement plus PTO, paid sick leave, 401k, up to 90% of healthcare premium covered for Kaiser base plan, CEU reimbursement, mileage and drivetime, and more! Our Infant Development Therapists can make between $60,000 to $90,000 based on production annually.Our program is committed to providing a nurturing work environment, helping our clinicians grow and thrive as practitioners focused on changing patients' lives and outcomes.
