You must come from the restaurant, luxury sector They are looking for an Operations Directorto come on board to steer them through this time of expansion and growth, whilst not taking their eye off the existing, very strong operations. The ideal candidate will have strong dining/ commercial awareness and have been involved in openings, acquisitions and financial growth.
