Gas & Heating Manager Droitwich Basic salary up to £50,000/ 40 hour week / 29 days holiday/ vehicle/ Pension/Death in service About us: We are responsible for the Service, Maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating for Mc Donalds Restaurants, both Franchise and Corporate, throughout the UK. Gas & Heating Manager Droitwich Basic salary up to £50,000/ 40 hour week / 29 days holiday/ vehicle/ Pension/Death in service About us: We are responsible for the Service, Maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating for Mc Donalds Restaurants, both Franchise and Corporate, throughout the UK. We are approved contractors for Mc Donalds Restaurants, J D Weatherspoon’s, Dudley Council, Greene King, Nandos, The Restaurant Group, Frankie and Bennys, Brunning and Price, Dishoom – From Bombay with Love and other pub chains. We also work closely as service partners with Mitsubishi Electric and York Johnson Controls as well as various mechanical and engineering companies. The role: Gas & Heating Manager · Applicant will be working alongside our other Gas & Heating Manager assisting both office employees, engineers and customers with heating and gas related queries. · Costing jobs within the same services · Attending sites to carry out inspections to aid in the quoting of works replacements or repairs· Making sure all works are covered by the current legal guidelines under Gas Safe regulations. · Any quoted works approved would require all items ordering from the relevant suppliers and making sure all parts required for the job are received ready for the works to take place. Essential Qualifications / Experience: · Commercial gas qualifications Commercial CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, COCN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, Co NGLP1PD · Domestic gas Qualification would also be an advantage. · Full Driver’s Licence· 15 years industry experience Package Basic salary up to £50,000Monday - Friday 40 hours Vehicle22 days plus 8.
