The Role: As a Welding Supervisor, you will be directing steel processing, fabrication & welding ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Duties: Coordinate CNC plasma operations for efficiency. Oversee work order closures and stock transactions. Schedule daily tasks in alignment with production needs. Perform risk backssments for departmental processes. Uphold quality standards and safety protocols. Regularly inspect and upkeep safety gear and tools. Lead and mentor staff, promoting a quality-driven ethos. Conduct thorough quality control checks on manufactured items. Requirements: Previously worked as a Welding Foreman, Welding Supervisor or in a similar role. Possess comprehensive knowledge of welding, fabrication, and plasma cutting. Skilled in 3D angle projection drawings. Familiarity with Autodesk drafting software. Effective communication skills across all levels. Shift: Monday - Thursday: 8am till 5pm Fridays: 7:30am till 4pm. Benefits: Competitive Salary 20 days + 8 bank holidays On-site parking Long-term career stability.
