Position We are looking to recruit a talented and passionate professional Bar Manager looking to continue their career in Hospitality. From wines to Classique birdtails, you will be overseeing the service and management of the Bar. You will be leading and coaching a team of 2 barman Candidate Profile Must have previous experience in a similar Bar Management position Stock control; inventory and ordering experience Management of a team Computer literate Word, Outlook and Database knowledge; ‘Hands on Manager’Good understanding of a casual bar operations birdtails, beers, wines, mocktail, etc. Personal Qualities Be a key player in growing all areas of the business Deliver a one team approach to ensure continuous success.
