Job Title Head of Operations – Large Scale Venue Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus Location: Hampshire I’m pleased to be working with a fantastic large-scale venue in Hampshire, who are on the hunt for a Head of Operations to join their dynamic team. The Head of Operations must be a real all-rounder, we are looking for someone with experience in delivering live events, excellent understanding of health and safety and venue management, and a passion for outstanding guest experience Key Responsibilities: Lead, direct and manage the operations teams Overseeing all aspects of event delivery Continuous improvement of customer service, processes, standards, and event delivery Work with external vendors and suppliers and oversee procurement process Accountability for Health & Safety and compliance for all employees and visitors on site Responsibility for managing budgets and contributing to revenue targets Generate ideas for future development Skills and Experience: Experience in operational delivery of live events Proven track record of leading, managing and developing large teaminteractionperience working in large-scale and complex venue Financially astute H&S management and control within a large site Adaptable and able to work well under pressure Innovative and across all current market trends Job Title Head of Operations – Large Scale Venue Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus Location: Hampshire If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Marlene@Get social……. http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
