Supporting Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Ancillary, Medicaid, Financial services and product segments. Location: Remote What you will do: Receive inbound calls from, and make outbound calls to, consumers in need of Medicare Health Plans and other Insurance products. Build rapport and establish a personalized relationship with your customers in order to better understand their needs and make tailored product recommendations. Ensure accurate recording of customer information in our CRM and enrollment tools. Follow-up with recent enrollees and existing membership in order to improve member experiences and contribute to higher retention rates. Exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest of ethical and compliance standards. Create a differentiated consumer experience, as measured by best-in-class member retention rates and Net Promoter Scores. We're looking for people who have: At least one year of experience in a call center environment (Insurance sales or customer service is preferred). An active health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire. A dedicated work space at home, lacking interruptions and with the ability to protect PHI and HIPAA information.
