MSP is a leading force in the industry, providing organizations with tangible physical branded merchandise (product, print, and point of sale) as well as marketing outlets to distribute that merchandise (ecommerce stores, fulfillment, direct mail and kitting). The impact? Increased brand exposure and streamlined operational efficiencies while saving on costs. We’re currently seeking a motivated Buyer/Planner to join our team and take our procurement strategies to the next level. This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA and the salary will be $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels to provide expected turnover for products Use ERP systems to manage inventory availability and minimize waste Work with sales to manage product lifecycles Use planning tools to minimize stranded inventory Work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities Develop and execute inventory classification strategies to drive analytics and assist in decisions. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times Qualifications: Previous experience as a Buyer/Planner in a warehousing environment Experience using an ERP/WMS (Oracle / NetSuite preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
