Establish priorities, goals, and take strategic actions to ensure the effective operations of machinery/equipment within the production facility. Oversee the development and administration of all maintenance programs. Assist with resolving work problems or assist maintenance personnel in solving technical issues. Provide coaching, feedback, and support maintenance personnel in a constructive and respectful manner. In addition, administer progressive disciplinary measures to those who have been found in violation of the company's policies and procedures.
