Position Overview Reporting to the Director, Resident Care Services & Allied Health (i. e. PDL Lead), the incumbent will coordinate and lead the implementation and monitoring of Person-Directed Living activities as outlined by the RHC Board of Directors and Senior Leadership team and guided by the RHC Person-Directed Living Model and strategic operational plans. Experience Minimum of five years’ experience working within a health care/services environment with a focus on a Person-Directed Living (PDL) philosophy and approach Extensive experience implementing a PDL model of care and service delivery Experience working in long-term care/personal care home environments Experience designing and delivering education for/to health care/services personnel and public audiences Previous experience in a recognized supervisory or lead role Experience applying tools and methodologies in organizational change management initiatives Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products including MS Teams Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Post-secondary degree in a related field such as health sciences, health administration or a related discipline is required Postgraduate degree from an accredited education institution is preferred; however, an equivalent combination of.
