Position details(NOC 52120)Business Type: News/Media Position type: Full-time, Permanent Number of positions: 1Compensation: $ 28.50 per hour/35 hours/week Overtime: $52.5 per hours beyond 44 hours/week Vacation : 10 paid days Sick time: 5 paid days and 5 unpaid days Minimum qualifications for this position must meet the following criteria: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma in Graphic design Minimum one year of work experience in a communications environment, Adobe Creative Suits, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop Experience working in developing news releases, advertisements, information, fact sheets and reports Knowledge of the content management system, updating webpages and creating engagement on social media Ability to work independently on tasks and be a collaborative team member Knowledge of design principles and typography Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage pressure Ability to multitask.
