At Playground the Assistant EGD Director is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the EGD department and team, including the design and evolution of the EGD floor and overall product mix. In collaboration with the EGD Director, the Assistant EGD Director is responsible for the development and implementation of revenue generating strategies focused on increasing overall coin-in and win per unit growth. With a strong understanding of game analysis, customer service excellence, machine performance, and team development, the Assistant Director will provide leadership to the team and implement strategies to exceed expectations for customers and staff. Staff management: hire, train, and manage a team of EGD attendants, EGD technicians, supervisors and managers. Assign duties, design schedules and provide ongoing training to ensure appropriate skills and knowledge for each role Gaming floor oversight: Manage and monitor the gaming floor to ensure smooth and efficient operations, address and resolve customer concerns and disputes related to EGD gaming. Regulatory compliance: Stay up to date with all gaming regulations and compliance requirements and ensure the team are following procedures, work with all regulatory agencies to ensure proper reporting and adherence to all required regulatory requirements.
