The team: Our Tangerine IT Department’s Service Now team supports development and the administration of the enterprise Service Now platform, which is essential to our IT Service Management (ITSM) & IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes. The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Frontline Support & ITSM Platform, you are responsible for hands-on support of both day-to-day continuing development and administrative support of the Tangerine Service Now platform including initiatives on the configuration, administration, implementation, and maintenance specific to Tangerine's ITSM modules, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and integrations within the Service Now platform. Your work priority will be to extract and maximise business value by providing solutions that best fit the business (i. e. leveraging out of box versus heavy customization).
