Contracts Administrator We are seeking a highly skilled, Contracts Administrator who plays an integral role as part of the Contracts and Legal Team. The Contract Administrator works independently and is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts from proposal stage to execution. The position works closely with project leads and managers across the organization and requires minimal supervision and guidance on understanding legal terms and conditions, contract risk structures, business terms, intellectual property, and provisions. The position works collaboratively with other departments across the organization to promote compliance with policies and procedures, and corporate risk standards. The Contracts Administrator fosters close working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders and acts as liaison between clients and project leads to ensure timely and efficient management of contracts and legal commitments.
