Made Possible.POSITION SUMMARYTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Maintain safety for yourself and others around you.2. Occasional custodian work will be required.3. Maintain 5-S' standards & Kaizen improvements.4. Complete and update all required paperwork.5. Other duties as necessary.. MANAGERIAL / SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESExperience in all phases of building maintenance. Must have the ability to lay-out and complete projects. Experience in construction and masonry work. Must be able to work at different heights Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to fifty pounds Ability to work near moving mechanical parts, be exposed to extreme heat and occasionally work outside in extreme weather conditions. Must have 2 years of H.V.A.C experience Must have 480/240 single and Three phase electrical experiencePREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESRead and comprehend complex, detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups situations. Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide, in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Read a ruler, dials, and various pieces of measuring equipment.
