We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and have experience in lead generation, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: Generate leads and engage with potential customers inside a major retailer. Proactively approach and engage with customers to introduce our products/services. Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries effectively. Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and communicate their benefits to customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities. Requirements: Previous experience in lead generation or sales is required. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage plus commission.
