Role and Responsibilities: Develop an annual sales strategy which aligns with the companies goals and business plan Managing a team of 6 individuals : creating targets and monitoring KPIs Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influence buying decisions Monthly reporting including business unit performance and forecasting.
