Employbridge Search Group has a client in Omaha, NE that is looking for a Chemist to join their team. Job Duties * Responsible for performing all of testing by using approved methods, procedures, corporate policies and current industry standards. * performing analytical testing and reporting of results for in- process and finished product testing * Record test samples and maintain the test schedule for each sample. * Perform stability testing, stability sample management, and stability reporting. * Identify out of specification results, report the results to the management and complete the required documentation for an out of specification result. * Retain/reserve sample management. * Routine equipment/instrument calibration, qualification and validation when needed. * Assist with investigations, CAPA and Change Controls as needed * Other duties as assigned What we are looking for: * Associate's degree in Chemistry or related field, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Experience in a Food/Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical manufacturing operation * Experience in a Quality Control Laboratory or University * Wet chemistry hands on experience is required * Statistics (linear regression, average, std %RSD) and Biochemistry (enzyme) type methods experience is required * Some experience with HPLC, GC and Empower * Excellent time management and organization skills. * Strong written and verbal communication and employee relation skills. * Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other basic computer skills.
