Position: Payroll Generalist Company: Stardom Employment Consultants LLC Location: Fresno, CA, United States Contract Details: Full-time Stardom Employment Consultants LLC is a leading human resources consulting firm based in Fresno, CA. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Generalist to join our team on a full-time basis.As a Payroll Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process for our clients. This includes processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date- Calculate and process tax withholdings, garnishments, and other deductions- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management- Assist with year-end payroll processing and reporting- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information- Stay current on changes in payroll laws and regulations and make necessary updates to processes and procedures- Work with external vendors to resolve any payroll-related issues- Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environmentWorking at Stardom Employment Consultants LLC:At Stardom Employment Consultants LLC, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
