You are the producer of new business in your sales territory, capable of targeting, nurturing, and converting leads into new accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, leveraging their strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills to grow a book of business. * This role is commission based. Responsibilities: • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events Qualifications: • Experience using a CRM is preferred• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred• Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role Compensation: $65,500 - $80,500 yearly About Company: Sea Breeze Impact is an emerging player in the Impact Proof Window industry, committed to providing quality sourcing and installation to our valued clients. For all intents and purposes we are in startup mode. Which means you'll be part of a growing and dynamic team. It also means the sky is the limit in terms of opportunity for growth and remuneration. While we don't offer equity, the commission structure is uncapped.
