The Hardscape & Landscape Foreman leads a crew completing various projects for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: Lead a landscaping & hardscaping crew Operate trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Train new crew members Accurately report time and material usage Other tasks and responsibilities as need or directed Requirements: Sufficient hardscaping experience: brick pavers, retaining walls, steps, etc. Sufficient landscaping experience: trees, shrubs, lawn, mulch, stone, etc. Valid driver's license Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain Able to safely operate skid-steer, brick saw, truck & trailer, laser level, and other necessary tools and equipment Able to set grade for walls and patios Be reliable, dependable, and a team player Able to safely handle the physical demands of the job Compensation & Benefits: Hourly (Starts at $28 and goes up from there based on experience & qualifications) Health insurance 401(k) This description is for informational purposes and not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities or requirements.
