We are proud of our entrepreneurial approach that encourages initiative, experimentation and risk taking.The desk is opening a position for an experienced Financial Transmission Right (FTR) trader to further our expertise in congestion products on ERCOT, MISO and SPP. This role is a great opportunity to create value in an organization that has limited red tape. The desired candidate must have previous trading experience with FTRs and a strong performance track record. This role is a remote position for candidates in North America. Job requirements: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical capabilities. You can work under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment. You have 3-5 years of experience trading FTR in North American Power Markets. You have a strong knowledge of ERCOT, MISO and SPP and have proven track record. You have strong programming skills in SQL and Python. You speak and write in English fluently. You have the ability and desire to travel to Montreal for training and knowledge sharing purposes.
