Description:
PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Full time position - Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. Ensures patient satisfaction in multiple facets including admission, patient accounting, insurance claims and the Indigent and Charity Program. Assists patients with payments and payment alternatives, as necessary. Follows insurance claims from filing to completion. High School graduate or equivalent. Medicare, Medicaid or Insurance billing experience preferred. Must possess strong communication skills and computer experience. Ballinger Memorial Hospital District offers numerous outpatient services, acute and swing bed care, and is certified as a level IV trauma ER. They also provide a clinic with physicians and mid-level providers. Ballinger Memorial Hospital District participates in and promotes activities that encourage wellness in our community.
