Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare is hiring CRNAs for our highly respected Magnet-Recognized hospital, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, located in an esteemed area of St. Louis, MO. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Full Time Why our team members love working for Missouri Baptist Medical Center Anesthesia! Collaborating with a patient experience focused Chief CRNA providing safe and high-quality care. Supportive physicians who eagerly help with problem-solving. Encouraging and confidence-building culture. Schedule -3-day or 4-day work week-All positions required to take call Salary -Base salary starting at $215,000 (4 days/week) for new graduates and increases based on CRNA years of experience. -Sign-on bonus of $30,000 paid after 30 days of employment, 3-year agreement. -Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call.-Eligible for Annual Merits.
