If that's what you're looking for, this is your chance to be part of an amazing organization!The primary responsibility of the Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a designated segment of Personal Lines accounts, including auto, homeowners, and excess lines. The role emphasizes providing personalized assistance to clients, promoting teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism. RESPONSIBILITIES * Service Personal Lines clients via calls, emails, mail, and office visits as needed. * Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients, including quoting, application preparation, binders, policy issuance, and processing down payments. * Discuss and advise clients on policy coverage recommendations. * Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance to contribute to agency growth. * Review renewal policies, make suggestions to clients, and remarket if necessary to retain business. * Guide clients through the claims reporting process and provide assistance throughout the claim process.QUALIFICATIONS * P&C Licensed * 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred. * Prior Customer Service experience required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Exceptional organizational skills. * Emphasis on teamwork.BENEFITSWe're an equal opportunity employer.
