As the Assistant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our golf grounds, ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. If you have a love for the game, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious resort and contribute to the success of our golf program.Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Golf Grounds Manager in overseeing all aspects of the golf grounds * Ensure the course is maintained to the highest standards of playability and appearance * Supervise and train grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance and support * Coordinate with the Golf Pro Shop to ensure a seamless guest experience * Monitor and control expenses within the golf grounds department budget * Assist in organizing and executing golf tournaments and events * Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures * Maintain effective communication with staff, guests, and managementAs the Golf Grounds Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our golf program, work in a beautiful outdoor setting, and be part of a dedicated team.
