This position will work with the business, technical teams, data governance team and quality assurance to develop data quality control procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for Data Management operations for assigned areas.* Perform data comparison between core systems based on the data definition. Recommend system or process changes to resolve gaps and establish monitoring.* Create/Build a framework to ensure data quality is measured using insightful metrics at source system level - in G-Core, CRM, DBK etc2. Quality Management of Core Applications* Consult with business and/or Business System Engineers to define & document the various test scenario/cases. * Define and build process and automate regression testing partnering with QA team.* Work closely with Data Governance team and assist DG team to implement a proper Data Governance framework for the overall enterprise. 3. Perform all other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills:* Informatica/ETL tools knowledge required.* SQL and Oracle knowledge required* Strong collaboration skills required.* Strong oral/written negotiation and communication skills* Process modeling experience - preferred.* Strong technical skills working with Cassiopeia system and database structureQualifications* Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.* Auto-finance experience and specifically Cassiopae product experience is a must.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePhysical Requirements and Working Condition:Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels.
