Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cut various types of meats, including beef, pork, poultry, and seafood, according to specific instructions and standards onboard the cruise ship. - Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of equipment and tools.- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for meat products as needed.- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butcher in a professional setting.- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper preparation techniques.- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and standards.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
