A membership-based primary group seeks family medicine physicians to serve the primary care needs of patients of all ages. Clinics are located throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area. Practice model is designed to see fewer patients daily and spend more time engaging in thoughtful decision-making with a team-based approach, normally around 16 per day Fantastic opportunity to work with a medically complex?patient population in an integrated outpatient setting Work with a team that includes Health Coaches, nurses, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists. Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. Flexible hours working Monday - Friday with an option for a four-day workweek.
