ThirtyOne50 Management is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Santa Ana, CA 92705. About the Role: A successful candidate will provide a broad scope of professional accounting functions to complete the full accounting cycle, which include but are not limited to the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, compilations of specialized financial reports, oversight of the electronic receipt system. What You'll Do: Reconcile cash and bank related transactions daily and post to the general ledger Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and weekly reporting Prepare and post adjusting entries to the general ledger Prepare monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts Maintain accounting related reports and documents Assist with creation and reconciliation Accounts Receivable Assist with annual audit regarding testing, documenting, and analyzing account activity and balances Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions Assist with special projects, as assigned Interface effectively with employees in different departments and at all levels within the organization Performs other related duties as assigned Our Ideal Candidate: Education and Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience of full cycle general ledger 3 years' experience within the Real Estate industry required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Experience with Yardi preferred CPA preferred Required Skills and Abilities Strong organizational skills with constant attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requires proactive, can-do attitude, learning new things quickly Problem solving mindset combined with ability to manage both independent and teamwork What We Offer: Competitive pay; commensurate with experience ($100,000-$110,000 based on experience) Benefits package is available; Health, Dental and Vision insurance, in addition to, Paid Time off and 401(k) Availability to work weekdays for in-office work Monday to Friday PDN-9bbb3bff-ed1a-497b-8947-6f42fac873c0
