Responsibilities:• Manage the dispatch board efficiently to optimize the movement of field personnel and maximize revenue.• Record detailed service call notes diligently and enter them into the system to support the field team.• Enhance the success of technicians by familiarizing yourself with their preferences, skills, licenses, and communication abilities. Qualifications:• Maintain a positive and dedicated demeanor to contribute to the company's positive work environment.• Organize and oversee the scheduling of technicians for various service and maintenance appointments.• Execute general office tasks efficiently to ensure the seamless flow of operations.
