Our ophthalmology group is looking for a motivated, personable medically trained optometrist to join our well-established practice that has a 50 year history of being one of the premiere practices in Minneapolis. We have three board certified ophthalmologists and one full time and one part time optometrist. There are 30 other skilled staff members including a number of highly trained technicians. We are the only private eye care provider in the downtown Minneapolis core and are connected by the skyway system, we occupy the entire 20th floor of the Medical Arts Building. Our other office is located in Northeast Minneapolis it's well-equipped with an optical shop and easy access free parking. As our next Optometrist, you'll be: Providing comprehensive patient care to patients of all ages Using our state-of-the-art equipment and technologies to treat various eye conditions and make a difference in patients' lives Focusing on your patients while our stellar administrative team handles all the recordkeeping, scheduling, and, billing Serving as a valued mentor, trainer, and leader for our patient care team Contributing awesome ideas to help our practice grow and improve We want an individual who is dedicated to delivering the highest quality care and working in a team approach. We have top notch facilities, equipment and experienced staff. Candidates must have experience in medical and surgical eye problems as we have a large cataract, refractive, cornea and glaucoma patient base. Contact Lens skills are a must. Excellent salary, benefits and incentives are available to the right candidate based on yearly production numbers. No surgical post operative care that will take up time on your schedule. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
