Apply now Monitorship Compliance Officer The successful candidate will be part of OECs Monitorship Compliance Office (MCO) and will be expected to execute Workplan tasks as per the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA)with the Department of Justice from January 10, 2024. The position reports to the Head of the Monitorship Compliance Office. Key Responsibilities: : Develop, organize and execute assigned DPA workplan tasks.:Work with external counsel to establish standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the documented results of the assigned workplan tasks are delivered within time and budget.: Drive stakeholder management.:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., GR and AS, Global Legal, Export Controls, IT) as well as with other OEC colleagues delivering on the workplan tasks.:Interact with senior executives and subject matter experts.: Provide regular updates of the workplan task execution status. Skills and Competencies: : Legal or qualification within the audit or risk management area:Hands:on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation: Proven track record of working in highly organized project environments:Proactive, dynamic and result driven individual:Strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices:Demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues:Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership in dynamic environments:Very good communication and collaboration skills Basic Qualifications: :8+ years of work experience in corporate governance / compliance organizations: Experienced in dealing with external regulators and regulatory requirements: Experience in executing large scale projects We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
