Job Summary: As a Med-Surg RN, you will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, encompassing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Provide patient and family education on post-hospital care and lifestyle adjustments. Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with hospital standards. Respond to patient emergencies with appropriate interventions.
